There is a 6 minute grace period for all appointments. Once that 6 minute mark has pasted and you have not contacted me, you will be considered a no show* and will need to reschedule your appointment. If I do not have an appointment immediately following your scheduled appointment I am more then happy to accommodate and move your service to a later slot with no penalty as long as you get the ok from me directly.

If a client is a no show (no call, text, email) you will be charged 100% of the service booked with the credit card on file. There are no exceptions to this policy.
24 hour notice is required for rescheduling any appointments unless otherwise agreed upon. You can reschedule as much as needed without any penalty as long as its more then a 24 hour notice. If you reschedule or cancel later than 24 hours in advance you will be charged 50% of the service scheduled with the credit card on file.
Due to limited space and safety in the wax studio additional guests are not allowed. I do understand its not always easy to find a sitter but please do your best, this ensures my full attention is on you and delivering you the best service possible.
If your credit card on file is declined for any of the above mentioned charges you will be emailed an invoice to be paid prior to scheduling any future appointments.
